**Note, students should be healthy enough to participate in these activities. If a child is unable to participate in Physical Education classes for health reasons, they should not participate in these activities but can still gain new information by watching the videos.

**Make sure that students have plenty of space to do these exercises.

**Children should consult their own pediatricians before starting any formal exercise/strength training program.
